Welcome to www.rmfclinicslatvia.com (the “Site”), operated by SIA WH Latvija, located at Robežu iela 46, Ulbroka, LV2130, Latvia. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users registering for the Real Madrid Foundation Clinic in Riga, taking place July 7–11, 2025.1. Eligibility
The camp is open to children aged 7 to 14 years old (inclusive). By registering, the parent or legal guardian confirms that the participant is in suitable health for physical activity and agrees to comply with standard health and safety rules during the event.

2. Registration
Parents are required to provide the following information during registration: full names of the parent and child, contact details, child’s height, weight, date of birth, and clothing size for kit distribution. This information will be used solely for organizing and managing the clinic, and may be shared with the Real Madrid Foundation as part of the partnership agreement.

3. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. No additional transaction fees are charged on our end.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
A 100% refund is available if cancellation is made at least one month prior to the camp start date (by June 7, 2025).
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date.

5. Media Consent
By registering, you agree that photos and videos taken during the camp may be used by SIA WH Latvija and Real Madrid Foundation for marketing and promotional purposes. We will never post content without maintaining respect for the participant's safety and dignity.

6. Liability
Participants join at their own risk. While we ensure a safe environment, SIA WH Latvija is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or accidents outside the scope of camp activities. Basic first aid will be available on site.

7. Changes & Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in the clinic after such changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
